Helpdesk (m/f)
We are looking for a motivated person at the start of their career who wants to gain their first work experience in IT and develop with the support of an experienced team.
PLACE OF WORK: Nedelisce, Medimurje County
What will you do?
- Provide IT support to internal and external users
- Install and maintain computers, equipment and software
- Take part in testing internal applications
- Help with diagnosing and solving technical problems
- Create basic user instructions and technical documentation
What do we expect?
- Completed secondary school, college or university in a technical field (or the final year of study)
- An interest in IT and a desire to learn
- Basic knowledge of the Windows environment and computer networks
- Active use of English
- Responsibility, communication skills and team spirit
- A category B driving licence
